Classification
Our AI-powered Video Classification methods do the work for you. They identify and supply only the few seconds of video footage when something actually went wrong – no need to manually review hours of video footage.
AI process deviation detection
Through unsupervised anomaly-detection algorithms, the system can detect uncommon anomalies happening at the machine in question. This could be process deviations, interference from humans, sudden movements or other abnormalities.
Sensor Indicators
Using the included photoelectric sensor (and other sensors), additional data about the machine can be extracted, such as the cycle time or failure indicators. If the cycle time for example is too long, the video will be triggered.
Computer vision
Our Computer vision canvas (CVC) enables you to convert your insights of the machine system into AI algorithms, giving you full control and intelligible data. Define certain properties in an image so when properties are met, camera footage is triggered and highlighted.
