VISENSE was developed to cover a wide range of machines. The only requirement is that the machine process is visually accessible. Assembly and test machines are particularly suitable. With the included mounts, we ensure that the hardware can be attached securely.
VISENSE can be used as a cloud or on-premise solution.
Cloud Version
When used as a cloud solution, the data is uploaded to a secure cloud via your wifi or an included SIM card. This allows you to access your data from anywhere in the world via the analysis platform.
On-Premise Version
If a cloud solution is not an option for you, we also offer a local solution. The data is stored securely on the supplied edge device or on your servers.
Data from error incidents are stored until you no longer need it. Data that is not associated with any specific error is deleted by default after two weeks. If you need the data longer, this can be set without any problems.
Ensuring GDPR compliance is a priority for us. Our smart camera system only captures what it should, utilizing GDPR-compliant algorithms to filter out people from the footage and keeping your data secure.
Predictive maintenance solutions are aimed at predictable events in production (e.g. service life of certain machine parts).
VISENSE, on the other hand, focuses on unplannable chronic or sporadic failure events, where one does not know and cannot know why they occured. VISENSE thus follows a reactive approach and, with the help of the video data, provides valid conclusions as to what exactly went wrong during a machine error.
The VISENSE HARDWARE HUB allows you to connect various camera types such as GigE, IP or USB cameras with up to 500 FPS. In addition to standard cameras, this enables the use of slow-motion or thermal imaging cameras, for example. Each camera type has its own pros and cons. That’s why you also can combine the different camera types.
It all begins with an idea. The training time for our AI depends on factors such as data volume, AI algorithm, and model parameters. It can take overnight or a few days. Our AI is optimized for efficiency and accuracy to deliver valuable insights.
No problem, we provide an Internet connection via a SIM card, so that no matter where the deployment site may be, there is an internet connection.
The irrelevant recordings are usually deleted after two weeks (customizable). Data from error incidents remain stored for as long as you need them.
Product quality control approaches monitor the product quality of goods coming out of a machine process. They analyze photo-based whether the product is ok or not.
VISENSE, on the other hand, goes one step back and specifically observes the machine process that a good has gone through. Thus, conclusions can be drawn about the machine itself as well as the processed product. Furthermore, VISENSE does not analyze a snapshot but can analyze complete processes by using video instate of image data.
If required for your analysis, you can easily connect all IO-Link sensors.
